At The Retire Happy Club, we believe retirement should be joyful, liberating, and rooted in purpose—not fear or financial confusion. But more than that, we believe in building a world where all women—especially Black and Brown women—can retire with confidence, clarity, and dignity.
This page is here so you know exactly what we stand for—and what we don’t.
We’re not here to be performative. We’re here to be clear, consistent, and compassionate in the values we uphold.
Who We Are For
We proudly serve mid-career women who are done with hustle culture, craving freedom from the 9-to-5, and ready to live life on their terms. That means flexible plans, practical tools, and judgment-free conversations about money, business, and purpose.
We especially welcome women who:
- Are navigating career pivots, burnout, or late starts
- Want to build wealth with integrity, not overwhelm
- Value faith, community, and holistic well-being
- Believe personal growth is just as important as financial growth
What We Don’t Promote
To keep our community safe, aligned, and full of heart, we don’t partner with or promote:
- MLMs or Get-Rich-Quick Schemes – We believe in slow, steady, sustainable growth
- Fear-based or shame-based financial tactics – No scare tactics, ever
- Toxic hustle culture or grind mentality – Soft living, not burnout
- Spiritually misaligned or manipulative coaching – Faith is central here, not a footnote
- Content that excludes or marginalizes any race, gender identity, or background
Our Commitment to Inclusion & Justice
We believe financial empowerment is a form of social justice. That’s why we openly stand for:
- Racial equity – particularly in the areas of wealth, healthcare, housing, and retirement
- LGBTQIA+ inclusion – because everyone deserves to live and love freely, and retire safely
- Economic accessibility – offering tools and education that work even on a tight budget
- Environmental stewardship – honoring the earth that sustains us, in business and beyond
We’re actively working on:
- Diversifying the voices and stories shared in our content and collaborations
- Seeking out partnerships with BIPOC- and women-led businesses
- Auditing our offerings to ensure accessibility in price, language, and experience
- Giving back through faith-aligned initiatives and charitable giving
A Note on Fit
If you believe retirement is only for the wealthy, that women shouldn’t talk about money, or that systemic injustice doesn’t exist—you might not feel at home here. That’s okay.
We’re here for soft shifts, not sharp corners. We believe grace and growth can coexist, and we’re always learning. We welcome open hearts, not hardened opinions.
Final Thoughts
Supporting The Retire Happy Club means supporting a business that:
- Loves Jesus and believes in justice
- Welcomes all women with warmth and humility
- Speaks plainly about money without guilt or shame
- Believes your worth is not defined by your net worth
If that sounds like your kind of space, we’re honored to have you here.
With heart and purpose,
Robyn Weekes
